Q: How much does a new well cost?
A: It all depends on numerous factors including volume requirements and depth of drilling. We can give you a pretty good idea based on the Wisconsin well logs. All we need is the address or parcel # of the site. Give us a call and we can walk you through it.
Q: I don't have any pressure?
A: What you really mean is that you don't have any water. Chances are that a breaker is tripped or the pump is not functioning properly and will have to be checked out by our pump specialist.
Q: I hear a clicking noise when my water system kicks in and out?
A: Chances are that your pressure tank is malfunctioning causing constant cycling and will need to be replaced.
Q: What is that awful egg smell coming from my water?
A: This is most often caused by iron bacteria which can be treated through Chlorination of the water system and/or filtration through a pricey charcoal filter.
Q: Why do I get orange rings around my bath tub and sink?
A: The problem is iron in your water. This problem can be fixed by installing a water softener and using Iron Out salt or some other iron eliminating device.
Q: Do you test and treat wells for bacteria?
A: You bet! We do lots of well inspections especially for realtors and home buyers before the purchase of a home. We test for coliform bacteria among others and will treat accordingly.
